GDS Travel Agent with French

Job Description is looking for a GDS Travel Agent.

Key Responsibility

  • Internal and external coordination
  • Optimize second-level tasks
  • Manage Front Office for French market 
  • Use GDS schedule changes
  • Administrate Pre-travel claims



  • Bilingual Spanish + fluent in either French 
  • Have a high knowledge in GDS (Sabre and/or Amadeus), clear handling of reservations, changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissue. (tests will be done).
  • Experience in travel agencies
  • Availability from Monday to Sunday and Spanish holidays (rotating shifts)


  • Communication skills and taste for customer management.
  • Verbal fluency and ability to argue
  • Constancy and ability to work - Resolutive capacity
  • Command of computer tools. - Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude


  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
  • Proactive team player
