Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a Junior Administration - Billing (Intern) for our Finance & Payments department, based in our HQ in Chiasso.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2C Active invoicing, monthly closing activities & reconciliation
  • Monitor of profitability by single order
  • Identification of areas of improvement in the accounting process,  coherently with evolution of the business

Qualifications

Skills and Experience
Essentials

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Google Suite instrument
  • Deep knowledge of Excel, with good skills in pivot tables, formulas, etc
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

Desirable

  • Basic SQL language
  • 6 months experience in administrative offices or controlling field, preferably in a Travel company
