Job Description

Jetcost is looking for a Finance and Administrative Specialist for its Meta Search business unit based in Chiasso.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the whole invoicing process of the Meta-search Business Unit by gathering and elaborating relevant data from internal and external sources
  • Conduct analysis aimed at understanding deltas between Preclosing and Actual figures investigating the origin of such difference
  • Manage any possible concern from customers after the invoicing process
  • Collect data related to business expenses. Create Purchase Orders and check / approve passive invoices.

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital or consulting firm
  • Digital mindset and familiarity with the most relevant IT systems (good Excel is a must, Microsoft Nav is a plus)
  • Proactivity and desire to get involved in order to interact effectively with all the stakeholders
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
