Job Description

The Partnership team takes care of European B2B activities within the lastminute.com group, conveying the travel product on alternative sales channels (eg. prizes for promotional activities, competitions, incentives to staff, gift vouchers, etc.) and in the last eight years the business has grown a lot.
In order to strengthen their execution ability, lastminute.com is looking for a smart intern with fast learning ability and a high motivation. The ideal candidate has high problem-solving skills, a back-office job attitude and wants to learn the logic behind the different activities.
The main activities will be the management of the third-level assistance flow of partners and customers in possession of a Gift Card and  support the project managers in the various activities requested from time to time.
The very dynamic environment is really stimulating, but on the other hand requires a strong ability to adapt to specific needs with a positive spirit, to help the team to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer assistance team  to solve complex issues with vouchers (by email)
  • Support third-level assistance flow direct with partners and customers in possession of a voucher (by email)
  • Use the company back offices to manage assistance and vouchers
  • Creation of Powerpoint presentations both for internal and for commercial use
  • Support in managing Partnership campaigns and all day by day activities of the team
  • Content creation for all the materials and for the campaigns, including translations in different languages

Qualifications

Essential

  •  Degree in Marketing or Economics or Foreign Languages
  •  Fluent in English - good knowledge of French or German will be appreciated 
  •  Good knowledge of Google as a working tool (GDrive, Calendar, Gmail…)
  •  Strong knowledge in using excel and PowerPoint  is required
  •  Previous internship or work experience in the office
