Job Description

Forward is looking for a Campaign Manager Trainee for its Commercial team.

This is a key role supporting the sales team function in the delivery and optimization of their campaigns.  The media campaigns are across various travel categories, mainly flights, tourism boards, hotels and theatre clients on a pan European and global basis.  And also increasingly we are building an advertising proposition for non-endemic clients such as fashion and retail which appeal to our audiences.   We are looking for a self-motivated, high energy team player to join an experienced and successful team.  The role requires a customer-focused, analytical, individual with a can do attitude, accurate reporting skills and great attention to detail.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns in a timely manner, work with the Ad Operations team and CRM teams to put campaigns and e-mail sends live
  • Provide expert consultation to clients to drive account growth, ensure customer retention and maximize customer satisfaction alongside profit and yield for the business
  • Pull reports and share insights with clients and the internal team
  • Prepare and report on market analysis, competitive analysis to aid business development
  • Responsible for executing an integrated mix of marketing tactics including social, community, email, blog and display advertising.
  • Oversee the creative development process for customer campaigns were not provided by the agency, make recommendations on the creative and optimize based on client goals
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders on new campaigns and activities; foster strong collaboration and communication 

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proficient in all aspects of reporting and developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Problem Solving
  • English and French or German fluently 

Desirable

  • Proven previous experience with either DFP, Digital Campaign Management or Trafficking
  • Thorough understanding of programmatic space and use of data
  • Understanding of mobile selling
  • Experience at an Online Travel Agent - with contacts in space
