Job Description

lm group is looking for a well rounded and highly motivated Senior Project Manager for its Partnership team.
The Partnership team deals with European B2B activities within the group, conveying the travel product through alternative sales channels (prizes for promotional activities, competitions, staff incentives, gift vouchers).
In the last six years the business has grown a lot, and to strengthen its ability to execute both in Italy and especially abroad, the team needs a new resource. The resource will have to quickly learn to use business tools - "on the job" - and to independently manage new multichannel projects with third-party partners within a multinational business context.
The very dynamic environment is really stimulating, but on the other hand requires a strong ability to adapt to specific needs with a positive spirit, to help the team to achieve its goals with a facts-based approach.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with colleagues in the sales team to achieve the common goal of planning and launching the project that best fits the partner's objectives
  • Deal fully with the projects of competence following planning, implementation, launch, execution, the administrative and financial part, etc.
  • Collaborate with the various company departments in order to achieve the set objectives and to respect the company operational flows (legal, finance, administration, design, copy, IT…)
  • Use business tools to analyze the KPIs of promotional campaigns and their economy (Xls pivot)
  • Maintain the relationship with partners for the entire duration of the project, creating a lasting and trusting relationship while maintaining the focus on corporate KPIs
  • Use the company back offices to manage the operational part necessary for the launch of the established projects



  • At least 4 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the field of partners management or communication agencies, which led the candidate to be autonomous on the assigned tasks
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing or Communication
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is highly desirable
  • Strong experience in online business and understanding of technological flows
  • Excellent project management and execution: being able to deliver a high-quality final output, in line with the partner's goal, with good cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills and analytical mindset
  • Powerpoint - implementation of clear and complete presentations with graphics and supporting tables


  • Teamwork aptitude and ability to influence other colleagues to bring them on board the projects
  • Ability to work in a developing environment, and whose dynamics and guidelines can change very quickly
  • High learning speed and aptitude also for back office work
  • Ability to manage the own workloads, ensuring in the meantime the daily support to other members of the team or specific tasks received and strong problem solving skills
