2 years of experience in Manual Testing of Web applications
Should have sound knowledge in testing and has worked Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of Bug tracking tools (we are using JIRA)
Good Knowledge of Testing processes, documentation
Good English is a must (we are working in an international company and all communication is in English, despite the communication with our local, Polish Team :))
ISTQB certification will be an added advantage
Nice to have: experience in developing automated scripts
What do we (QA) do:
Analyze users stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
Detect and track software defects, bugs and inconsistencies
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
Follow good release testing practices and support the release process
Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
Provide support and documentation
Provide feedback on flows and possible improvements from the end user perspective
Identify performance issues and suggest possible improvements and/or metrics
