Job Description

lm group is looking for a Data Analyst for its Growth team based in Chiasso.

The candidate will have the opportunity to become a key member in one of the Growth teams (Pricing, Ancillaries, Supply or Product), leveraging his/her analytical skills to produce actionable insight and improve business performance. 

Specifically, he/she will have the chance  to work on pricing and segmentation strategies

and to observe market performance behaviors for the purpose of testing new approaches to revenue management.

Additionally, the candidate will have the chance to support development teams with data and insight, influencing their roadmap and having a direct impact on the group’s digital assets.

The role involves presenting analysis and results directly to senior managers, with a significant exposure to C-levels. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing big data, determining customer trends and delivering insight to drive business performance
  • Driving decision making and strategy with data and analytical insight
  • Executing multiple projects across teams to successfully achieve specific goals and objectives 
  • Implementing Pricing strategies and defining models to accelerate and optimize revenue growth 



  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar fields
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel 
  • Good knowledge of SQL programming language
  • Fluency in English 
  • Ability to influence decision-makers through presentation of analysis


  • Previous experience in an analytical role 
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools 
  • Familiarity with digital and ecommerce business 
  • Any other language will be considered a plus
