Job Description

lm group is looking for a Junior Project Manager for its Trading team based in Munich.

You are part of the German Tour Operator trading team and with your reporting/analytical skills we identify new business opportunities. You coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Product Development and Trading departments) to ensure a successful and timely delivery of the solutions. You spread positive energy and help the Tour Operator category team grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact to our Tour Operator trading team for reporting and project management purposes
  • Monitor and analyse performance to provide feedback and optimise campaigns 
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Prepare reports and monthly invoicing on account status 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Product Development and Trading departments) to ensure a successful and timely delivery of the solutions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good industry knowledge and understanding of the German tour operators / OTA / travel landscape
  • German native speaker, proficiency in English speaking and writing
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Min 2 years  experience working with German tour operators /  OTA  is a plus
  • Proficiency using Traveltainment and Midoco platforms is a plus
  • Positive and problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail & the ability to create and analyse reports
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Display an in-depth understanding of the German tour operator sector 
  • Confident to liaise with the internal team and support staff to ensure expectations are being met & procedures are being followed
  • The maturity to take the initiative as required
  • Strong communicator internal / external
