Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for CRM Campaign Manager to plan and deliver email campaigns across all product categories and segments improving the customer retention and loyalty through customer .

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver weekly and ad hoc newsletter plan for brand and market assigned

  • Work closely with a wider trading team and Sales Media to agree focus and priorities.

  • Build visually engaging newsletters, clearly highlighting the benefits for the customer and generating high engagement.

  • Review and support the performance of all “response-based” and“customer lifecycle” campaigns.

  • Build up knowledge and test key messages through e-mail marketing and measure success of campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience : 2 to 5 yrs 
Skills :

Essential

  • Strong commercial acumen and customer focus

  • Action orientated and work well under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Strong team player working across various business units

  • Strong organisational, planning and analytical skills

Desirable

  • In depth understanding of CRM and web analytics tools

  • Experience of the online Travel sector

  • Financial and commercial acumen with strong analytical skills

Abilities/qualities 

  • Advanced level of English language skills

  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail.

  • Proactive team player

  • Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver

  • Knowledge of SQL and Emarsys are a plus
