Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Specialist for our Legal team. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing a litigation strategy coordinating a paralegals' team for B2C daily cases management
  • Assisting and coordinating B2B Debt collection  
  • Supporting on Data Protection litigation
  • Drafting and reviewing of international contracts, such as but not limited to distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements etc
  • Advising on the compliance company processes involving Competition Law, Consumer Law and Tourism Law analysis.
  • Managing intellectual properties portfolio (trademarks, domain names, designs, sw licenses) 

Qualifications

Skills and Experiences:

  • Degree in Law
  • 2 years of professional experience gained in the role in international companies and/or in international law firms; previous experience in online or travel field is a plus
  • Strong communications and relationships skills; teamwork oriented
  • Proactive, motivated, flexible and with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner; demonstrating problem-solving attitude
  • Perfect knowledge of English and Italian. Knowledge of German is a plus.
