Job Description

As a tech company that travels, we're always on the look out for first-class talent to enhance our in-house technical capability, which is why we’ve created a new role, IT Outsourcing and Contract Manager, to do just that. We’re looking for an experienced IT Outsourcing and Contract Manager to support our in-house technology team in building a global workforce, planning the recruitment in line with the Tech Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage relationship with HR and Tech department to build the workforce planning in line with the roadmap and the budget

  • Support the CTO and Procurement team to manage relationship with existing and new people suppliers

  • Work closely with Technology Forecasting

  • External Resources management in line with the local labour law, supported by the Procurement and Legal team in different countries to provide assistance in identifying and eliminating risks

  • Define and Improve all the processes and governance for external contractors/agencies


  • A minimum of 5 years experience in resource management in an European environment

  • Strong subject matter expertise: deep knowledge, and experience in supporting the review and negotiation of contracts in the technology market.

  • Experienced in managerial accounting and cost-controlling

  • Demonstrates strong working relationships with an international workforce, as the key point of contact between and third party suppliers across Europe.

  • Highly responsive to the needs of internal stakeholders

  • An analytical approach to problem solving and experience of people management in the Tech area

  • Previous experience working with multiple European contractor suppliers on a large scale

  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills at all levels

  • Fluent in Italian and English
