Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner for our Customer Strategy Team. We aim to build a better and more efficient customer experience by leveraging automation and cutting-edge technology

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customers behaviours and needs through research and analysis

  • Take full ownership of the product, the prioritisation of new features and enhancements to existing features

  • Empower and collaborate with the other POs to unlock their full potential

  • Analyse, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product

  • Thrive to achieve optimal implementation of changes made to the product.

  • Make our chatbot more effective, more conversational, and able to solve harder problems

  • Apply sentiment analysis, build recommendation engine and automate Customer Experience processes


  • Strong technical product management experience with good understanding of customer experience

  • Be able to break complex problems into smaller logical ones and prioritise them with data

  • Curious by nature with attention to detail, able to take ownership, and get things done

  • Data driven. Base decisions on facts rather than opinions

  • Passionate about product development and constantly looking for ways to improve it

  • Open minded team player with excellent communication skills
