Job Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who able to work independently, enjoys a hands-on approach and who can interface effectively with professionals at all levels.  The HR Business Partner  will work closely with some our Technology area on a daily basis as well as in close collaboration with the other function of HR.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the operational HR plan for Technology department, 
  • Manage all the recruitment process, identifying best method of sourcing candidates
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity
  • Maintain good relationship with the Manager of the area of reference, well understanding the necessity of the business
  • Support key HR projects and process improvements
  • Ensure alignment of HR programs working with peers and colleagues in the other countries
  • Provide input in terms of local employment legislation, policies and practices

 

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR business partner for Technology department in a fast-paced environment 
  • University degree in HR management, Law or Economics
  • Fluent in Italian and English

 

Abilities/qualities 

  • A team player, with strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, as an active member of both business and HR teams
