Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a Senior Manager with full P&L responsibility for its Ancillary Business

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in the Ancillary revenue line while ensuring customer satisfaction and Increasing the portfolio of available products 
  • Lead, manage and empower a team of highly driven professionals in order to hit your P&L targets
  • Analyze customers’ purchase patterns and interaction with the website in order to spot relevant trend and take data-driven decisions
  • Set the Ancillary development roadmap in order to achieve both short-term profitability goals and creating long-term competitive advantages for your line of business
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Customer Care etc.)  so that the ancillary products can be integrated smoothly in the company’s systems and process
  • Create and maintain positive commercial relationships with the existing suppliers ensuring that we can provide the best prices and SLAs to our customers
  • Scout the market for new key suppliers to be integrated in the ancillary portfolio of the company

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in general management, consulting or similar roles (tech startup, consulting firm, ecommerce etc)
  • Highly analytical profile with a data-driven mindset and excellent Excel skills
  • Previous experience in business development and negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
