Job Description

Investigate and manage effectively pending refunds with suppliers checking the status of the request in the different tools utilized ( Amadeus, Sabre, supplier tools) with the aim of closing them in the LMN accountancy.

  • Investigates pending refunds and takes action with suppliers/internal teams based on published policies, gds rules,  internal guidelines and given priorities.
  • Liaise with the FLI and H providers directly where their input is required for a 360degrees investigation and where possible, seek negotiation 
  • Be proactive on raising technical issues identified to the correct department and support the resolution with analysis and impact.
  • Classify cases analyzed and based on classification, raise the pain points with the correct department (quality, BO, finance, technical teams, etc.)


  • 4+ years of experience in GDS
  • Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus or Sabre), Spark, LC platforms
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree
