Do you have a passion for development and helping others thrive in their roles? Do you have a good understanding of learning frameworks alongside the practical experience of e-learning methodologies, tools and practices? 

We are looking for a Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team!  The ideal candidate will be in charge of:

  • Developing training content and materials to create better learning experiences for all our pink people 
  • Supporting the design and automation of our e-learning journeys
  • Improving the self learning experience for our employees, managing the basic daily administration of our LMS for the learners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, development and delivery of learning contents, especially for e-learning, from training needs analysis and agreeing objectives, to designing and deploying the training to end users
  • Implement creative and interesting materials appropriate for a given course, building a coherent learning experience across many different mediums (i.e. workshops, digital solutions, video, written contents)
  • Curate and improve existing learning contents
  • Publish, upload and distribute online learning to our LMS
  • Work with our e-learning contents creator to implement standards for the development and deployment of online courses and provide ongoing support
  • LMS management including formatting, editing, uploading of resources and documents, file management, managing learner enrollments.


  • 2+ years experience
  • A storyteller who can simplify complex information
  • Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver (e-)learning experiences
  • Good understanding of learning theory and design 
  • Basic understanding of LMS administration
  • Very good level of English (a native speaker ideal, but not essential).
