Job Description

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who will be able to work independently, enjoys a hands-on approach and who can interface effectively with professionals at all levels.  He/she will work closely with our COO of OTA on a daily basis as well as in close collaboration with HR.

Qualifications

  • Participate with COO to all the strategic meeting and help him on taking notes and actions
  • Complete and manage expenses, purchase orders and all the procurement stuffs for the department 
  • Manage petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation for the department
  • Help the Chief of Growth in the Interaction with HR and Finance  for budget and costs 
  • Support the COO in Organisational changes
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the COO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation

Additional Information

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent 
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent in Italian and English
