Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Internal and external coordination
  • Optimize second-level tasks
  • Manage Front /Back Office for English market 
  • Use GDS
  • Administrate Pre-travel claims

Qualifications

Essential

  • Fluent in  English
  • Have a high knowledge in GDS (Sabre and/or Amadeus), clear handling of reservations, changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissue. (tests will be done).
  • Experience in travel agencies
  • Availability from Monday to Sunday and Indian holidays (rotating shifts)

  • Communication skills and taste for customer management.
  • Verbal fluency and ability to argue
  • Constancy and ability to work - Resolutive capacity
  • Command of computer tools. - Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude
