We are looking for a goal-oriented and resourceful ESG and Sustainability Project Manager to join the newborn Sustainability team.
She/he is a Sustainability advocate that loves to lead change and is thrilled to contribute to the ESG strategy implementation in a multinational Group, navigating a dynamic organization across multiple countries and departments.
Key Responsibilities
Support and coordinate ESG regulatory requirements analysis and implementation
Co-design cross-functional processes to collect relevant data at Group level
Validate, analyse and report ESG data
Support and train employees/department responsible on ESG related projects and objectives
Support the quantification of the Group operations environmental impacts, carbon footprint and improvements opportunities
Benchmark with market competitors
Support the development of our Product strategy related to sustainability initiatives
Support the drafting of annual reports according to applicable regulations
Monitor the performance of the Sustainability initiatives portfolio
Skills and Experience Essential
Full proficiency in English
Experience with non-financial reporting regulation and standards; EINF drafting will be considered a plus
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and quality
Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders at different levels and cross domains
Comfort interfacing, dealing and presenting to top management
Independent, intellectually curious, empathetic
Desirable
Proficiency in Spanish
Education in Sustainability or CSR field
Previous experience in sustainability consultancy firm or media/communication agency
