Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for an Account Management Associate for its Travel Ancillaries business line.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Customer Care, Product etc.) to ensure that the ancillary products are integrated smoothly in the company’s systems and process.
  • Ensure that all necessary operations and processes connected to ancillary products are carried out properly and timely. E.g. Invoice reconciliation, reporting, claims handling etc.
  • Create and maintain positive commercial relationships with the existing suppliers ensuring that we can provide the best prices and SLAs to our customers.
  • Support the Head of Ancillary in scouting the market for new suppliers to be integrated in the ancillary portfolio of the company.
  • Analyze customers’ purchase patterns and interaction with the website in order to spot relevant trend and take data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in business development and / or account management in a digital environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Strong communication skills in english and IT fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver
  • Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
