Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a HR Administration Specialist for its People team based in Chiasso.

Key Responsibilities will include

 

  • Management of payroll data and day by day HR Administration activities, guaranteeing that processes are timely and correct 
  • Coordinating the document/information flow between the company and external stakeholders such as payroll providers, Swiss institutions for on/off boarding
  • Being a reference point for employees, supporting them in HR Administration issues 
  • Checking and managing time cards: presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves
  • Maintaining the accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks 
  • Producing regular reports and standard or ad hoc analyses of personnel data, providing structured dashboards on main topics and trends

 

Qualifications

Essential

  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR Administration & Payroll teams in dynamic and structured companies  (payroll, time management)
  • Strong analytical skills and data orientation
  • Knowledge of Collective agreements and employment contracts
  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Economics or similar fields as a plus
  • Good knowledge of Zucchetti Hr Infinity and related modules
