Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a Product Manager for its User Domain team which is operating from various countries in Europe. The team is responsible for acquisition and activation of users by creating an engaging upper funnel experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Build activation features in Lastminute websites to engage users with our brands and products: personalised content, push notifications, lead generation and sign-up conversions
  • Own the strategy to collect data about our audience and build customer profiles to build a personalised experience – in compliance with GDPR
  • Manage the Login and User Account across all touchpoints in the lastminute customer journey
  • Setup and integrate lead generation and retention journeys into Lastminute websites together with our CRM team
  • Collect, interpret and translate data and information to support product and business decisions through different tools like A/B testing, User Testing, Analytics, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Defining Metrics and KPIs
  • Work with agile teams and aligning with stakeholders to deliver with fast time-to-market, quality and ownership

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

 

  • Have been working as a product person in a B2C digital business for at least 3 years
  • Have led product iterations on acquisition, activation, discovery or engagement patterns
  • Knowledge of GDPR legislation  
  • Are tech literate and can lead conversations with software engineers effectively both in discovery and delivery phases
  • Have incorporated user research feedbacks into product increments
  • Have supported the creation of efficient user experience design flow in different markets
  • Have command of data around your products, through which you created global B2C successful iterations
  • Have steered your products to success as defined by KPIs set within stakeholders from all departments in your company
  • Contribute to the definition of your product strategy
  • Have strong communication skills to navigate a dynamic organisation across multiple countries
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English
