Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist for its People Team. 

He/she will be responsible for the whole recruiting process, from the recruiting need collection to the hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Briefing with line managers in order to check open positions requirements
  • Job description posting on various channels (Career website, Linkedin...)
  • Screening curricula and first interview with candidates 
  • Support to line managers in the evaluation process giving structured feedback after interview
  • Active research through database and main recruiting channels 
  • Economic offer communication and onboarding procedures 
  • Monthly filing and updating of HR files 




    Skills and Experience


    • 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fast paced environment 
    • Fluency in English 
    • Good knowledge of Google Drive suite
    • Experience in international context 
    • Experience in the management of relationships with external societies (commercial agreements, feedback on candidates, etc)
    • Experience in the use of direct and indirect channels (ex. Linkedin Recruiter License)


    • Experience in a digital company
