Job Description

You will work in the Hotel and Packages Price Comparison team, within the PerformanceMarketing department of the group.

  • Full ownership of performance for one or more markets/partners (managing the campaigns for all brands).
  • Identification of growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, scaling winning tests and sharing key learnings with the other team members.
  • Analysis of KPIs of meta campaigns and their economics.
  • Performance optimization of meta search partners.
  • Market and competitors monitoring.
  • Management of existing relationships with metasearch websites.
  • Negotiation of conditions of contracts (economic, strategic and technical).
  • Management of relationships with the different business areas involved on specific projects (market units, design, payments, IT teams etc).
  • Scouting and onboarding of high potential price comparison websites through networks or directly.
  • Identification of needed features and improvements to be added to our API, pricing and bidding technology.
  • Launch and management of new meta partnerships.
  • Develop your own product knowledge as tools and products evolve/change.
  • Support internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching.
  • Build/manage monitoring tools to ensure speed, accuracy, completeness of meta results, compliance from our partners, and quickly identify any issues related to those attributes.
  • Monitor daily meta performance of all assigned verticals in EMEA: be on top of traffic changes, shifts in business metrics, product updates and A/B tests
  • Deliver performance reports and insights to the marketing team and internal stakeholders including in-depth cost and performance reporting.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven performance marketing campaign management experience (at least 1-2 years. SEM or META campaigns).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good analytical skills, including data manipulation and strong excel knowledge.
  • Strong Web analytics experience (Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Webtrends or Coremetrics).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of complex data from multiple sources.
  • Sales approach to B2B relationships.

Desirable

  • Relevant subject degree in maths, economics, e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience in the travel industry a plus.
  • Additional languages.
  • An understanding of SQL, Tableau/Spotfire is a big plus.
  • Experience and interest in other Performance Marketing channels (mainly Metasearch but also Display, Search, Remarketing, Affiliation)
  • Be passionate about Performance Marketing.
