Job Description

lm group is looking for a Help Desk Support Intern for its End User Services team based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and configuration of Windows/Mac Operating System
  • Identification and resolution of the main operating problems
  • Users assistance 
  • Hardware and Software asset administration 
  • Hardware maintenance and technical documents preparation
  • escalating IT issues in Milan office to the headquarters
