lastminute.com is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Infosecurity Specialist and Product Owner to join our growing IT Security Team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity and constantly looking for a new way to improve it. He/she has great communication and organizational skills and ideally has previous experience in managing complex projects at international level.
Reporting directly to Chief IT Security Engineer, Infosecurity Specialist and Product Owner is responsible for definition, implementation, development, prioritization and evaluation of infosecurity projects and processes. Acts as point of contact for all Infosecurity matters and coordinator of all IT Security projects.
Plans, prioritizes and coordinates activities of IT Security Engineering Team;
Designs, implements and monitors internal processes finalized in data protection from any potential thread and adherence to law regulations;
Liaises with Legal team to conduct and coordinate internal and external audit processes in terms of IT Security;
Analyzes existing security systems and makes recommendations for changes or improvements;
Coordinates system upgrades to ensure a continuous high level of security;
Prepares security reports and action plans in case a security breach occurs;
Organizes and coordinates tests phase and “ethical hacks” of the existing security architecture;
Designes processes and identifies KPIs for network monitoring and alerting to allow onCall staff to provide early warning of abnormalities and problems;
Define standards and procedures to keep the company compliance with internal policies, schemes and high security standards;
Promotes security awareness among the technical staff through development and update of cybersecurity awareness material as well as through planning and delivery of security training sessions, in particular to IT department (e.g. to developers)
Stays abreast of all new requirements related to data security.
+5 years of proven experience in Infosecurity field; IT Security experience within eCommerce Services is essential;
experience in web infrastructure field;
experience in managing complex projects;
abreast of the market infosecurity practices;
knowledge of Agile Development methodologies;
Fluency in English.
Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP)
