lastminute.com is looking for Associate/Contributor-Operations for its India OTA Market Units department based in Bangalore. She/he will join the India OTA Market Units team and will effectively handle the operational aspects of Holiday packages.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to
Processing confirmed bookings from the Sales Team
Bookings hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers offline and online.
VISA Processing from VFS
Negotiating with multiple suppliers to achieve maximum profit
Coordinating with customers for various aspects like pending payments, hotel changes, VISA's etc
Ensuring smooth travel of clients with flawless on tour coordination
Quick and efficient problem solving for clients (Before tour and On tour)
Skillset required :
Candidates with a degree in Travel and Tourism
Experience of 0 to a max of 2 years in Customer Service/Operations in Tourism Sector Should be ready to engage with customers after working hours if required
Street smartness is a plus point for getting things done in various aspects
Should be quick in solving problems/situations for clients
Candidate should be ready to relocate if outside Bangalore, Karnataka
