Job Description

Forward is looking for a Producer for its Forward team based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking in charge the management of  video projects, both on client and provider side from the first contact to delivery
  • Contribute pro-actively with new ideas for video series and content in general that can work either on a global scale or at a local level
  • Manage the clients campaign briefs, understand requirements, develop a creative strategy
  • Develop production schedules
  • Consistently communicate to the client about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget or timing implications
  • Managing all the aspects of a project including workflow, timelines, resources and budgets
  • Proactively searching and scouting for external provider, such as video producer 
  • Managing relationships with the provider making sure that the final output is aligned with the client requirements and expectation, in terms of quality and timing
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content 
  • Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot location 


  • Previous experience in the role, preferably in a creative agency
  • Highly creative with the ability to manage video/motion graphics solutions within client guidelines and agreed timescales
  • Experience of various filming techniques 
  • Awareness of emerging video/digital design trends
  • Great team player with a client-centric focus and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships
  • A creative approach and an obsession with the details
  • Ability to operate autonomously amidst ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent Business English and one other European language
