Job Description

Forward is looking for a Creative Director for its Forward team based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and driven creative director looking to take a step forward into the digital media industry. The Creative Director will provide creative ideas and guide the creative teams for the development. He/she will also be a trusted partner helping with project scoping, client meetings or presentations, always operating in a way that’s inclusive, flexible, and solutions-focused.

  • Be the main creative voice in the company, creating high-quality creative solutions for the clients an lead the ideation and development of fresh contents
  • Starting from the client's brief drive the direction and development of creative strategy, plans and execution 
  • Ensure that all goals and quality  are met during all the steps of the project
  • Be able to pitch and visualize your ideas to the team and clients through
  • Supervising, reviewing and approving content developed by other members to ensure it's fit for purpose and stays true to the original
  • Concept and theme
  • Create effective presentations to pitch clients Madfish creative ideas 
  • Increase quality of creative materials including photo licensing, brand guidelines and templates

Qualifications

Essential

  • Previous in-depth experience of copywriter  and creative content ideation, development, production 
  • A deep understanding of the creative, digital, content and tech landscape
  • Experience working in creative agencies/media company will be considered a plus
  • Ability to quickly establish effective relationships at all levels
  • Strong experience as a copywriter and scriptwriter
  • A background in creative production and video project will be helpful
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience in an international environment
