Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist for our People Culture team. This position will based in Madrid or Paris or London. 

This role contributes to the management of internal communications and employee engagement activity across the group with a special focus on Spain, France and UK offices. 

The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, a great communications expert who can engage employees and help them understand how lm group works and can interpret even the most complex concepts in a human way. 

We’re looking for someone who can grasp the big picture and contribute to the communications strategy and then be hands on with the delivery.  You’ll be designing and delivering communication campaigns through various channels and manage stakeholders at all levels so strong collaboration and charisma is vital. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Comms: Planning, editing and creation of campaigns and manage the delivery through a variety of mediums and internal communication channels

  • Events: Define & manage key internal events, meetings and conferences. 

  • Engagement: Drive engagement related activities for our Spanish and French employees

  • Partnership: build relationships and get buy-in from key stakeholders internally to support comms strategies

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or Languages

  • Native or highly fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Have excellent written, verbal and digital story-telling skills

  • Have excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills

  • 2-3 years experience in Internal communication

Desirable

  • The second language of French, Spanish or Italian a plus

  • Self-starter, driven and results-oriented people person with a positive attitude and personality

  • A creative quick thinker with proven problem-solving skills 

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with leaders on communications challenges

  • Have the ability to think strategically as well as roll your sleeves up to personally deliver what’s needed in the interest of the team

  • Be able to anticipate communications challenges and manage them accordingly
