Job Description

Jetcost is looking for a Measurement and Attribution Specialist for the Marketing department of its Metasearch team based in Chiasso.

She/he will join the Marketing team and be responsible for the design and implementation of a complete measurement and attribution solution for driving business growth through the identification of relevant opportunities across website and mobile apps. You will also proactively explore business opportunities brought by the activities of user acquisition and retention performed on the different marketing channels.

Moreover, your tasks will include the execution of rigorous testing, to validate the measurements and to continuously improve the quality of the information collected.

The candidate is required to have a rigorous approach and a proven knowledge of best in class measurement and attribution solutions for online business.

You will be working closely with the Marketing and Tech functions and will be part of your responsibilities to build, standardise and maintain processes of cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execution and testing of measurement solutions for website and mobile applications
  • Validation of reports
  • Mapping and standardisation of processes for evolving measurement and attribution models



  • Degree in Engineer/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or similar fields
  • 3+ years in web analytics measurement and attribution department
  • Hands-on experience in tag management systems (ex. Google Tag Manager) 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (ex. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform)
  • Knowledge of mobile app measurement
  • Knowledge of javascript
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Business English proficiency



  • Knowledge of online advertising and media industry
  • Any additional programming language will be considered a plus
  • Experience in the lead generation industry will be considered a plus
