Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a Group TAX Specialist, directly reporting to the Head of Tax, he/she will be supporting all Group departments and Functions with reference to any tax matter impacting the business.

 Responsibilities

  • provide accurate tax advice in case of organizational integrations or restructuring projects;

  • analyze the tax treatment of specific transactions involving new or recently acquired product lines and/or business opportunities;

  • provide support in extraordinary and corporate development/M&A initiatives;

  • provide support in coordinating global tax advisors;

  • provide support in managing tax audits globally;

  • monitor new tax regulations;

  • help in implementing the Group Transfer Pricing model and policy;

  • maintain updated the TP documentation across the Group;

  • provide support in Global VAT/GST and international tax.

Qualifications

We are looking for a strong team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a demanding business environment.

Experience in TP and international tax is a plus.

Degree in Economics or Tax Law.

Minimum 3 years of relevant job experience in a structured tax department/tax law firm or Big4.

Fluency in English and Italian is a must.
