lastminute.com is looking for a  brilliant and committed HR Senior Cost Controller for its People Team based in Chiasso.
The successful candidate has strong analytical skills, is motivated to get things done, shows a hands-on approach, and is keen on working in an international team.
He/she will report into the Head of Compensation&Benefits and HR Cost Control. 

Key Responsibilities

• Set up a standard costing system related to HR cost leveraging on the career ladder outcomes and methodology 
• Prepare and maintain the HR budget involving the main stakeholders considering the salary review assumptions and the hiring plans 
• Interact with the Finance team in order to check the monthly closing figures providing the reporting highlighting the actual vs budget deviations 
• Manage the monthly/quarterly forecasting process of HR costs 
• Manage the reporting related to headcount trends 
• Develop an HR management dashboard (headcount and HR cost planning tool)
• Provide sensitivities of the variable compensation based on the company/ departments reforecast processes 
• Be the point of reference in HR for the operative cost of the function.

Essential

• Min 5 years of experience in HR Cost Controlling 
• University degree in Business Administration with a major in HR 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel 
• High analytical skills and high-quality standards with superior attention to details 
• Results driven individual who can work independently with excellent organizational skills 
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills 
• Fluent English language skill

Desirable

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits area 
• Knowledge of the Google spreadsheet
